What is the production process of welded pipe production line

Welded pipe production lineGenerally refers to the straight seam welded pipe. The pipe made of hot rolled or cold rolled steel plate or steel strip is called straight seam welded pipe (named because the welded part of the steel pipe is in a straight line). So, what is the main production process of welded pipe production line?
1. Plate inspection: after the steel plate used to manufacture large-diameter submerged arc welded straight seam steel pipe enters the production line, the whole plate ultrasonic inspection shall be carried out first;
2. Edge milling: double-sided milling of both sides of the steel plate with an edge milling machine to achieve the required plate width, plate edge parallelism and groove shape;
3. Pre-bending: Use a pre-bending machine to pre-bend the edge of the plate to make the edge of the plate have the required curvature;
4. Forming: First, on the JCO forming machine, press half of the pre-bent steel plate into a "J" shape in several steps, and then bend the other half of the steel plate into a "C" shape to form an open "O" shape.
5. Pre-welding: seam welding of the formed straight seam welded steel pipe and continuous welding with gas shielded welding (MAG);
6. Internal welding: longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding (maximum four wires) shall be adopted for inner welding of straight seam steel pipe;
7. External welding: longitudinal multi-wire submerged arc welding is used to weld the outer side of the longitudinal submerged arc welding steel pipe;
8. Ultrasonic inspection: 100 inspection of internal and external welds of longitudinal welded steel pipes and base metal on both sides of the welds;
9.X-ray detection: internal and external weld 100%X-ray industrial television detection, image processing system to ensure detection sensitivity;
10. Expand diameter: expand the full length of the submerged arc welding straight seam steel pipe to improve the dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe and the distribution of the internal stress of the steel pipe;
11. Hydraulic test: check the expansion steel pipe one by one on the hydraulic test machine to ensure that the steel pipe meets the test pressure required by the standard, with automatic recording and storage functions;
12. Chamfer: process the inspected pipe end of the steel pipe into the required groove size of the pipe end;
13. Ultrasonic flaw detection II: ultrasonic flaw detection shall be carried out one by one again to check the possible defects of the straight seam welded steel pipe after the expanded diameter water pressure;
14.X-ray inspection: X-ray industrial TV inspection and pipe end weld film of steel pipe after diameter expansion and hydraulic test;
15. Pipe end magnetic particle inspection: this inspection should be carried out to find pipe end defects;
16. Anti-corrosion and coating: Qualified steel pipes should be anticorrosive and coated according to user requirements.
What are the quality inspection methods for welded pipe production line?
1. Magnetic inspection
Magnetic flaw detection can only find the surface and near surface defects of magnetic Q235B straight seam welded pipe, only quantitative analysis of defects, the nature and depth of defects can only be estimated by experience.
2. Penetration test
Penetrant inspection is the use of certain liquid permeability and other physical properties to find and display defects, including color inspection and fluorescent penetration inspection, can be used to check ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic material surface defects.
