1. The welded pipe production line includes a feeding device, a workpiece positioning mechanism, a storage device, a forming device, a high-frequency welding device, a cooling device, a sizing device, a welded pipe support mechanism, a wiring device and a winding device. One side of the feeding device is provided with a workpiece mechanism, one side of the workpiece mechanism is provided with a forming device, one side of the forming device is embedded with a high-frequency welding device, and one side of the high-frequency welding device is connected with a cooling device; one side of the sizing device is fixed with a welded pipe support mechanism; one side of the welded pipe support mechanism is provided with a wire arrangement device; one side of the wire arrangement device is provided with a winding device.
2. The workpiece positioning mechanism includes a fixed frame, a movable shaft, a roller, a fixed rod and a movable tube. The inner walls on both sides of the fixed frame are embedded with movable shafts, and one end of the movable shaft close to the middle line of the fixed frame is connected with the roller. The back of the drum is externally connected with a fixing rod, the fixing rod is fixedly connected with the fixing frame, and a movable tube is arranged on the outer wall of the fixing rod.
3. Two rollers are arranged up and down in the fixed frame, and the rollers form a rotating structure with the fixed frame through the movable shaft; the movable tube is movably connected with the fixed rod, and the fixed frame is provided with three movable tubes.
4. The welded pipe support mechanism includes a support frame, a limit ring, a movable rod and a round rod. The upper end of the support frame is fixed with the limit ring, the lower end of the inner wall of the limit ring is provided with a movable rod, and the end of the movable rod close to the middle line of the limit ring is provided with a round rod.
5. The round rod forms a rotating structure through the movable rod and the limiting ring, the limiting ring is symmetrical about the middle line of the support frame, and the limiting ring is fixedly connected with the support frame.
6. The cable arrangement device includes a fixed frame, a fixed plate, a guide rail, a cylinder, a fixed plate, a movable shaft, a rotating drum, a fixed rod and a movable tube. The upper end of the fixed frame is provided with a fixed plate on both sides, and the fixed plate is close to the middle line of the fixed frame. One side is provided with a guide rail, the front part is provided with a cylinder, and both sides of the upper end of the cylinder are provided with fixed plates.
