High frequency welded pipe equipmentThe production process mainly depends on the variety of products, from raw materials to finished products need to go through a series of processes, to complete these processes need a variety of corresponding mechanical equipment and welding, electrical control, testing devices, these equipment and devices in accordance with different process requirements have a variety of reasonable arrangement.
The use of high-frequency welded pipe equipment needs to pay attention to the following matters:
1. Select the appropriate combination of parameters, including power supply frequency, power, pressure and other parameters. This determines the quality of the weld.
2. Install the crimping ring and the center electrode to ensure that both ends of the welded pipe are in good contact with the electrodes.
3. Check the water cooling system to ensure that the cooling water circulation is normal. Excessive heat can damage the electrodes.
4. Insert the pipe between the electrodes and adjust the pipe so that both ends are flat with the electrodes.
5. Apply axial pressure to ensure that the tubing is in good contact with the electrodes. Commonly used pneumatic cylinders provide pressure.
6. Power-on start, stop power supply after melting at both ends of the pipe, and then keep pressure for cooling.
7. The crimping time is generally between 1-5 seconds, and the specific parameters are determined according to the diameter and wall thickness of the pipe.
8. The pressure holding cooling time needs to be sufficient, usually the pressure holding time is 3-4 times the crimping time.
9. After the welding is completed, check the surface quality of the weld to ensure that there are no defects.
10. Maintain the electrode regularly to ensure that the contact surface is clean and smooth.
The use of high-frequency welded pipe equipment according to standard operating procedures can ensure the quality of pipe connections.
