Welded pipe equipmentThe contribution made in the welding industry is immeasurable, and the enterprise's care for it should be paid more attention to, so how can the service life of the welded pipe equipment be extended in the actual production process.
Want to extendWelded pipe equipmentService life galvanizing is the ideal choice at present. Galvanizing is actually to extend the life and protect the equipment. Before galvanizing, full preparations should be made. First of all, clean the steel pipe surface of the welded pipe equipment to ensure that the steel pipe surface is clean, remove rust, iron oxide, etc., so as to ensure the adhesion of the coating. Therefore, the surface of the steel pipe must be pretreated before plating. The general pretreatment includes degreasing, water washing, pickling, and water washing.
Then there is the degreasing operation. The so-called degreasing is to remove the grease and dirt on the surface of the black tube, so as not to affect the pickling effect. The general alkaline washing can be achieved by burning or alkaline washing. It should be noted that the alkaline washing time of the high-frequency welded pipe machine is generally maintained at 8-10 minutes.
Then there is pickling, although alkali washing can also remove stains. However, the two kinds of stains are slightly different. The purpose of pickling is to remove the iron oxide scale on the surface of the steel pipe. The advantage is that it can be operated at room temperature, the ability to remove the scale is strong, the base metal is less eroded, and the absorption of hydrogen is less. The possibility of pollution for carbon black residue is small, the iron salt produced by pickling is oxide, the deep angle is large, easy to remove, and has no effect on galvanizing. From the perspective of galvanizing, hydrochloric acid pickling is more suitable.
