This tube mill line is a specialized equipment for high-frequency straight seam welded pipes on aluminum new energy battery casings. This tube mill line uses aluminum coils of a certain specification as raw material.
It produces rectangular aluminum tubes that meet product specifications through steps such as cold bending, high-frequency welding, sizing, straightening, and cutting.
Suitable for aluminum strip with material AL3003 H18.

▪ Stable scraping inside and outside the weld seam:Independent internal and external scraping mechanism design, good stability, high weld flatness; After scraping inside and outside the weld seam, there are no residual burrs, collapses, scratches, etc.
▪ Stable transmission:The transmission mechanism of the unit consists of servo motor, gearbox, gear box, constant velocity coupling and universal joint; The driving method is a servo motor that drives as a whole, connected by an independent speed ratio gearbox and an independent transmission shaft.
