Welded pipe unitIt is the leading equipment of welded pipe production line, and the normal operation of the device plays a vital role in improving production efficiency, improving economic efficiency and ensuring product quality. Therefore, the adjustment of the welded pipe unit, as well as the accurate judgment and timely treatment of the fault is particularly important. The adjustment here refers to the debugging work during the installation process. As long as the tube blank can run normally and stably in the device and produce qualified products, it can be said that the adjustment task has been completed in the future production, and a series of adjustments should be attributed to fault handling. The adjustment of the welded pipe unit should be divided into the following steps.
1-Preparation
The preparation of the welded pipe unit is mainly to check the quality of the roll and the condition of the equipment, and the quality inspection of the roll should focus on the pass. During the inspection, the pass template can be used to check whether each roll of pass meets the design requirements, otherwise it should be removed and cannot be installed and used. In addition, special attention should be paid to the requirements for the bottom diameter of the rolls, because this is the key data to ensure the matching of the rolls during synchronous operation. For pairs of rolls, make sure the size and shape are the same.
2. Calibration
The hole pattern finding is a step of adjustment. The finding time can be φA 0.5mm steel wire, and the basic length of the straightening roller of the sizing machine after the forming machine is fed. After determining the center position of the rolling line, tighten and fix the steel wire. The height position of the steel wire should be slightly higher than the bottom diameter of the flat roller by more than 2mm to prevent the contact between the steel wire and the arc surface of the hole from affecting the hole centering effect. The wire rope is the center reference line for hole pattern alignment.
3. Leveling roller alignment
There are two kinds of alignment methods for flat rollers: one is to configure fixed cushion covers with different thicknesses according to the thickness of each pass roller, but this alignment method is easy to produce cumulative errors after assembly when the processing accuracy of other parts fails to meet the requirements, which directly affects the alignment effect. Second, the lock nut is used to adjust the position of the roller on the shaft so that the center of the hole pattern of each roller coincides with the center line. Use a special template to check the position of the center of the pass. For inspection, place the template into the aligned hole pattern and slowly lift the upper end. When the steel wire can fall into the center of the sample plate smoothly, it indicates that the position of the hole center is correct, otherwise axial adjustment is required. This is a relatively simple alignment method.
4. The vertical roller alignment can be divided into three steps: one step is to determine the opening gap of each group of vertical rollers, that is, the shaft spacing between the two vertical rollers, and then find the center position of each group of vertical rollers; adjust the height of the vertical rollers. The opening gap of the vertical roller should be based on the deformed opening width in the hole pattern design, and then shrink by about 5mm. If the shrinkage is too large, the wear of the upper edge of the vertical hole will accelerate, and it will also increase the load of the equipment.
