1 Scratch
The pipe blank scratch in the welding machine is mainly caused by two parts, one is the guiding mechanism, and the other is the extrusion welding mechanism.
1. 1 Scratch of guide mechanism
Guide parts of the scratch generally occur on both sides of the tube blank, if the guide sleeve with guide structure adjustment is unreasonable, the upper and lower surfaces of the tube blank will also appear friction scratch, the scratch is characterized by a relatively large wound, strong continuity. The main reason is that the height position of the guide sleeve is incorrect, or the upper and lower guide roller bearings are damaged, and the tube blank cannot be well controlled to form after friction with the guide sleeve. In addition, when the guide roller deviates too much from the rolling center line, and the relative difference between the axis of the guide sleeve and the guide roller is too large, it will also cause scratches on both sides of the tube blank.
1. 2 Scratch of extrusion welding mechanism
Scratch caused by the squeeze roller, mainly occurs at the bottom of the tube, the reasons are roughly the following:
1.1 hole type does not match the weld extrusion structure has two-roll, three-roll and four-roll, as long as the combination of hole type does not match, it is easy to cause the surface of the tube blank scratch, two-roll structure is particularly prominent. There are many factors that cause the hole pattern does not match. Take the two-roller structure as an example, such as bearing damage. Roller axial movement; The size of the hole is different; The height and position of the two rollers are different. Shaft bending and unstable assembly, etc.
The 1.2 height matches the lower edge of the extrusion roller hole pattern should be consistent with the height of the rolling line, and the height of the guide roller is determined by the wall thickness of the tube blank. If the height of the guide roller is reduced to a certain limit, the edge fillet of the extrusion roller hole will cause scratches on the bottom of the tube blank, especially after the R fillet of the extrusion roller hole is sharpened, scratches are more likely to occur.
1.3 the squeezing pressure on the squeezing roller is insufficient, especially for the squeezing roller device with two-roller structure, when the upper squeezing pressure is insufficient, the roller shaft will have an upper elevation angle under the tension of the tube blank, causing the round corner of the hole edge R to protrude, thus causing scratches on the lower part of the tube blank. When the squeeze roller hole type R fillet sharpening, it will increase the occurrence of scratch accidents.
